Terms of service
Terms for the current limited beta
1. Service scope
Mutual Terms currently operates as a Texas-only limited beta. The service provides a guided workflow, structured disclosures, preference comparison, and deterministic document assembly within the active Texas beta corpus boundary.
2. Not legal advice
Mutual Terms is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and is not a substitute for an attorney. Optional independent attorney review remains recommended before signing any agreement.
3. Beta access
Public entry into the product is request-based and manually approved. We may decline, defer, or remove beta access if a situation falls outside the supported Texas beta scope or if operation of the beta changes.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete disclosure information, using the product lawfully, and not relying on the product outside the supported scope. Unsupported or screened-out situations should be handled with independent legal counsel.
5. Billing posture
Public live-money checkout is not active yet. If and when live paid checkout becomes active for the limited beta, pricing and checkout terms will be shown before payment. Until then, no public page should be read as opening broad paid access.
6. Availability and changes
Because this is a limited beta, features, scope, and operating rules may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including access to some beta features, while we continue to refine the product.
7. Contact
Use the public support path at /support for support, billing, privacy, or beta access questions.
