How the limited beta handles data

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you submit through the fit check, beta access request, account creation, financial disclosure, preference, support, and checkout flows. Sensitive application data is encrypted before database storage.

2. How we use it

We use submitted information to operate the Texas limited beta, assemble the deterministic agreement preview, handle support and privacy requests, and improve the supported workflow within the current scope.

3. Service providers

Infrastructure, payment, email, and AI providers may process limited data needed to run the service. We do not use AI to generate final clause text. We do not sell customer financial disclosures.

4. Sharing and visibility

Within the product, each partner's raw financial disclosure remains private to that partner's account experience. Shared comparison and preview steps reflect the structured decisions and assembled output used for the couple workflow.

5. Retention and requests

We have not published a fixed public retention schedule yet. During this limited beta, export, deletion, and privacy requests are handled manually through the public support path.
